I want to start with the positive first- I’m gluten free and they have lots of options for an entree, sauces are a little more limited but still good! The staff are always so kind and willing to clean the grill and separate mine from others on the grill.
I have never gotten sick! The ONLY real concerns I have is the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the flow of the food stations.
We have been there when it’s busy which is generally the case and there is not enough space when getting your food and waiting for the grill.
The line for the grill wraps around to where people are getting food.
It’s just a giant cluster.
Also the restaurants itself is falling apart and dirty.
There is constantly oil on the floor from people spilling sauces and none of the workers wipe or mop it up.
I almost slipped when we went.
It’s not really safe or sanitary.

This location seems smaller than others and the line space shows the limited space.
Food was good and the cooks make it a fun experience.
Like other reviews state, it was plenty dirty and slippery/ sticky all over.
I'll most likely try another HuHot, but will most likely check out other locations.
