Hudson is an absolute treasure in Seattle! 🌟 On a recent visit, I couldn't resist the Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs - this dish is a must-try! Perfectly seasoned and hand-pounded, it was hands-down the best I've had. The Brisket Omelette was fantastic too, showcasing their commitment to quality.

The cozy, trendy atmosphere, paired with fast service and a friendly staff, made for a delightful morning. I also loved the unique Bloody Mary served with a beer back; very inventive!
