Bread and Circuses is a trendy spot in Seattle's Port 106 Industrial Center that offers a laid-back atmosphere with fast service. I tried their PORK BELLY REUBEN, which was absolutely delicious! The smoked pork, crispy fries, and 3 pepper cider aioli created an explosion of flavors - definitely a highlight! 😍

While their pricing for burgers seems a bit steep at $38 for two without sides, the comfort food is worth considering for a casual lunch or dinner. Just a heads up, the service area could use a little tidying up. Overall, I’ll be back for that reuben! 🍔✨
