November 03, 2024Hopscotch Bakery caught my eye, and I'm so glad I stopped in! The warm, inviting vibe makes it a perfect spot for breakfast. I indulged in the apricot scone and a Pikes Peak brownie - both were delightful! The scone had a lovely buttery texture, while the brownie was rich and fudgy.
The staff, especially the friendly girl with dark hair, added a personal touch to my experience. I can't wait to explore more treats on my next visit. Don't overlook this charming bakery! 🍰
