Greatly disappointed with my to go order.
These are the smallest wings I have ever had from this location.
It was my 14 year old son’s treat for dinner and it was definitely not worth his $40.
We have came to this location many times and the wings are usually way bigger, so this is something we definitely did not expect.
I wonder if this is normal for to go orders and different for dine in orders.

I placed an order online for pick-up, only to arrive and find out that they had lost it.
Poorly made salad and missing fries.
Not only was the initial mistake frustrating, but the compensation offered for their error was inadequate and poorly handled.
The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent to the inconvenience caused.
As a loyal customer, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
I expected better service and accountability from a well-known establishment like Hooters.
Unfortunately, this incident has made me question whether I'll continue to patronize this location in the future.
Management needs to address these issues promptly to ensure that other customers don't encounter similar frustrations.
Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience that could have been handled much better."
