The food is delicious! The customer service can be improved it was over a 20 minute wait.I had to repeat my order at window after saying it at intercom.The atmosphere isn’t the best but it’s not the worst either.I would definitely come back again.

I did have my food delivered so the steam did effect the freshness.The shrimp were pretty seasoned and tasty .The catfish was thin and they only gave me one packet of tartar sauce.The fries very basic no seasoning .Overall I will say a 7/10.

Update: I gave Hooks another Chance after the owner and the employee who I had initial contact with apologized and clarified the issue.The truck had not made delivery and he didn't lie so that was my bad.Since my return the salads have improved and been good.Really their food is always good that's why it was hard to not try again.Shout out to management and the new employee Barbie and MJ for making it right my review is 5 ⭐ from a 1 initially.Keep up the good work! Picture attached of the amazing salad I got! Thanks again! Old: They double charged me for a kid's meal chicken strip and I ordered a grilled chicken salad that they gave me little to no lettuce after initially asking for extra lettuce.When I brought it to their attention they lied about not having any more lettuce just because they were busy.They definitely need to step their game up and higher some additional staff that can offer good quality service and food.I'm very disappointed and honestly they lost a customer.
