Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I PULLED UP TO YOU GUYS DRIVE THRU AT 10:40 pm i waited for 20 mins mind you they was only pulling one car up at a time so when i finally got to the drive thru the black manager with dreads very rudely told me they were nottaking any more orders i complained i had been in the line he dodged not care they were packing up chicken to count as waste instead of simply selling it to me on top of that another employee gave me some old food to accommodate me which resulted in me an my child having food poisoning this is unfortunate and very unprofessional i stayed in that line with my 6 month old child for 25 mins !!!!!

This is bar none the worst popeyes ive ever had the displeasure of walking into.
Staff was rude, never got my food, after 25min looking at 6 employees stand around and make 2 orders i decided to leave.
I dont know who the manager is but he/she should definitely be fired

If I can give ZERO Stars I would my dasher has been waiting on my order for over an hour.I called to ask for management to see how much longer before I cancel my order since she’s (dasher)been waiting for 45 minutes.Time is going and going I really just don’t understand why it taking sooo long.I called the phone and one of the workers picked up and told me she’s not a manager I have to give her a second to get the manager.
I have been holding on the phone for over 10 minutes and still no one has come to the phone.They do not have 1/2 gallon bags to put my drink in so I said I’ll cancel it on my end.However ,I placed my order at 7:50pm it is now 9:10pm and still no order is done.Per my dasher the manager do not want to give her name she said she is not speaking with me regarding my order and I feel like it’s real messed up that we have to go thru this.HOWEVER PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES I PERFER THE ONE OFF GREENWELL SPRINGS ROAD.
I AM VERY UPSET AND THIS POPEYES NEEDS A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM.YOU CHOSE YOUR JOB YOUR JOB DIDN’T-CHOOSE YOU SO IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!!!! Tammy tried her best to help my dasher per the manager she do not have on a name tag and do not want to give her name.FINALLY GOT THE MANAGER NAME HER NAME IS PAM SHE VERY RUDE AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED SHE NEED TO BE SITTING AT HOME WATCHING TV!!!!!!!UPDATE :We finally received the order at 9:50pm no 3 piece tender FOOD IS ALLLL WRONG thank god DoorDash understands and refunded us fully .
