I took my wife here for Mother’s Day.
So conveniently located.
It’s just right down the street from the Walmart and next door to one of my favorite thrift stores.
Of course, we had the Cashew Chicken! It’s the best.
We also had a side of pot stickers.
Portions are huge.
I shared a plate with my wife as we’re saving up for her next tattoo.
There’s a Tinker Bell tattoo design she’s had her eye on for quite some time.
Next time you’re hungry for Chinese food be sure to try Springfield’s Hong Kong Inn.

Maggot in my beef broccoli.
I did get a refund but they were very abrasive and short with me when I called about it- they didn’t even ask what I ordered when I called, and all I said was that I’d found a maggot in my food, so I’d bet they continued to serve from the tainted batch.
I never got the chance to say what I’d ordered, because they kept cutting me off and trying to rush me off the phone.
They insisted I bring in the food for a refund and were very impatient when I tried to ask for details on what else may be needed.
Truly, it’s not like I called to chew anyone out, I really just wanted to make sure I was prepared.
When I came by after work they issued the refund, but frankly didn’t seem to care about the situation.
I got a passive “sorry about that” and sent on my way.
This used to be my go-to spot for years but honestly I never want to go back.

Came to Springfield for the weekend and ate here Friday night and back again tonight! It's delicious, hot and fresh! I highly recommend the beef and garlic sauce!
