I order the garlic tonkotsu Ramen and I would buy it again!!!! The broth was rich, creamy, and savory. The marinated egg had a slight sweetness to balance the savory side of the soup. The charsu also had a slight sweetness, but you could definitely tell it was marinated well because it was more savory than the soup base. The bamboo shoots and bean sprouts just enhance the flavor. The noodles were good.Nothing too different besides being egg noodles. I also got the takoyaki which was kind of generic and nothing too special. It was on the smaller side also and the octopus was rubbery when I bite into it. The croquettes I order tasted like fried mash potatoes molded into that shape. It was a weird texture to me since I've had a chunky croquette and it was great.I wished that they would add some salt to it before molding and frying it. Last but not least, I ordered the tuna and salmon rolls for to go.Not good at all.The way the salmon was cut, left a almost weird sensation when biting into it.Like it was cut against the grain so to speak. The sushi was had no flavor so it didn't help the tuna or salmon pieces.Of anything, it made you notice more things wrong about it.The tuna looked and tasted like it was left out for a bit. The server was not really there. If I didn't get up to go to him, he might not have looked up and away from his phone.the other diners had done the same as me. But because this is a ramen house.5/5 for the ramen. Not sure if I'd get anything else besides that.
Very impressed by this fairly new ramen spot! Definitely a delicious addition to the area.I’ve had ramen in several large cities and I can honestly say the ramen here stands up to those. We ordered the volcano roll, pork gyoza, spicy beef ramen, and spicy ramen with chicken. The food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering and was piping hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
Our 1st Ramen restaurant wasn't the best experience.Food lacks seasoning/flavor.Our waiter/cashier was nice, and patience.
