November 24, 2024Hokkaido offers a delightful experience in New Paltz! The cozy atmosphere is perfect for solo dining or a romantic dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed the yellowtail and jalapeño appetizer - simply sublime. The sushi here, truly among the best in the Hudson Valley, is fresh and beautifully prepared. Although it can get busy, the fast service makes it worth it. Plus, their diverse tea selection is a lovely touch. Just be prepared for potential wait times on weekends... 🍣
