Hissho Sushi is a delightful find at Portland International Airport! 🌟 I had the Spicy Ramen with chicken, bamboo, and egg for just $10 - what a steal for airport food. The flavors were on point and really satisfying!

I also tried the Makirrito; it's a giant sushi roll packed with fresh ingredients. The service was impressively quick; my meal was ready in about 5 minutes.

For a casual bite before flying, I’d definitely recommend it! 🍣✈️
