Himalayan Yak is a hidden gem in Fargo! 🌟 I recently tried their mango entrée with tender fish, and it was delightful. The vegetable samosa was decent, though not my favorite.

The decor transported me straight to Nepal, adding to the cozy atmosphere. I also loved their extensive tea selection!

I can't wait to return for their lunch buffet next time - so many options to explore. The prices are reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend it for anyone passing through Fargo! 🍛✨
