⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Awesome Food 🥘 ⭐️Very Poor Service.👎 I recently visited them and very disappointed with their service staffs.
Regrettably, I would rate it zero stars.
The staff seemed unfriendly and fell short in their duties, creating a less-than-pleasant atmosphere.
The cramped and chaotic space added to the overall dissatisfaction. On a positive note, the owner's involvement and excellent food choices make Himalaya a worthwhile stop for fellow food enthusiasts.
Despite the service drawbacks, the delicious offerings might still make it a destination for takeout aficionados.

Delicious fried chicken! Voted as one of the best fried chicken in Houston and had been approved by famous chefs like Bourdain and Zimmerman. The Himalayas fried chicken came out skinless, crispy, golden brown, and juicy.
I can taste the chicken full of flavor and is well seasoned with unique herbs and spices.
The orange sauce for the chicken is hot but delicious.
I find their fried chicken taste way better than other common chicken fast food restaurants.
It's really worth a try! The Naan bread is served hot and crispy on the side and big size. The Mutton Biryani tasted good as well.
It's not overly spiced up and has enough amount of meat. The service is good.
Although it took some time to wait for my food but it's worth the wait. The staff are attentive to the guests' needs.
I saw the owner himself is going from table to table, making sure that everything is alright.

I was an out of town visitor and tried this place due to the acclaim it has received from various sources, some of them being the finest in the culinary world.
In reading some of the other reviews here, I feel that either there is a huge disconnect with what I experienced, which was superb food, or that there is a concerted lobby from the competition to undermine the renown this restaurant rightfully deserves.
Not withstanding the austere and simple but comfortable surroundings, the signature dishes I tried were every bit as appetizing and delicious and then some.
The Steak Tikka, the Chicken Hara Masala, the Mutton Biryani and the Garlic Naan were very flavorful, aromatic and a gastronomic delight.
But more importantly the preparation and the proprietary recipes that creates these dishes is evident in every morsel.
The steak was extremely tender, the chicken amazingly delectable and the biryani just one of the best.
I thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely return.
There is a reason this place has received such great recognition, and that is because the food is prepared with personal care and is unique and savory in every way.
It would be no surprise if you tried this place and walked away with a very satisfied experience, just like so many others have.
The restaurant is well worth the fame and accolades it has received.
