I recently tried Heng Xing for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised. The shredded crispy beef in chili sauce was absolutely delicious, with the perfect amount of spice! I also enjoyed their char siu noodle box, which had a rich, savory flavor.

While the prices are quite reasonable compared to others in the area, there were a few inconsistencies in the texture of the rice. Perhaps I caught them on a busy night? Overall, I’d definitely return for the tasty offerings! 🍜
