Heal Mpls is a delightful gem that truly embodies the spirit of community! 🌱 I stopped by for lunch and ordered the “habachi bae” with quinoa - so flavorful and satisfying. The sweet potato hash was also a standout!

While it can take time to get your meal since everything is made to order, the kindness of the staff makes the wait worthwhile. Rocky was super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, filled with greenery and positive messages. Plus, there’s ample parking!

I can't wait to visit again for another delicious quick bite! ✨
