I recently ordered from Pizza Hut on Chicago Ave, and while I was excited, the experience fell short.

The pizza arrived sizzling hot, but unfortunately, the pan pizza was undercooked and doughy, making it inedible. 😕 I attempted to call for help but ended up frustrated by busy signals and a lack of response.

On a positive note, the staff seemed friendly and genuinely wanted to please customers. With better quality control and improved communication, this place could definitely be a favorite for pizza lovers! 🍕 Any advice on how to get a proper pie next time...?
