Is it customary for this business to not give customer what they pay for? I paid extra to put an extra tender in my Mac bowl and I very clearly wasn’t given my extra tender that I was charged for if I wasn’t charged for it all good but to not get items I paid for is a bit messed up from a customers point of view.

Their menu may be fairly simple, but the food is excellent.
This is easily one of the best chicken restaurants in the area.
The location isn't exactly the most convenient and there is limited seating inside if you're looking to dine in.
Despite that, the food is absolutely worth it.

The chicken sandwich was HUGE! The chicken was tender and crispy, well seasoned and flavorful.
We got the Proper Hear and the Haven….the Haven was super spicy but my husband loved it.
Definitely will come back to one of the location.
Worth the hype and money.
