The food is good but the service is awful.No leadership what so ever.I don’t think it’s the employees fault, I think it’s horrible management.Typically understaffed…one person will go back and forth from making the grinders and then take their gloves off to check people out and so on and so on.Usually multiple people waiting for online and DoorDash orders.Everyone is rude, both staff and the disgruntled customers who are waiting way too long.The tables and floors are dirty and unkept.It’s a shame because Jersey mikes has good food.

The customer experience here is always terrible.They spend so much time having conversations with each other and ignoring every customer that walks in that it takes them 45 minutes to make a hot sub that was ordered online.The app said it would be ready in 15 when I arrived at the time the app said it would be done it was another 10 minutes before they started cooking it and then it took them forever to finish it that by the time I got my "hot" sub it was "luke warm".It was terribly put together as well.Every customer that came in there looked annoyed for having to wait so long for an order.If I wanted to wait for my sub I would not have placed the order online.

The food is good, but we’ve never gotten what we’ve actually ordered and we only find out once the take out makes it home.Last order we didn’t get the right chips, this order we got a whole extra mystery sub, subs on the wrong bread, missing a whole bag of chips & soda.
