Consistently the worst quality burgers out of all the Hatcreek locations I’ve been to from the drive thru.
Just got a little hat burger and it had half a head of lettuce on it and the bun looked like it was a week old and had been stepped on.
I REALLY want to like this location but every.
Single.
Burger is constructed absolutely horribly.
McDonalds, p.terrys, dans hamburgers can all construct a decent burger but not at this hat creek location on burnet.
The lettuce was like 2 inches thick before I removed it.
Maybe the cooks need to be retrained or need better supervision.
Who knows.

First time here with the family, it was great! Food was awesome, and the young man at the register was so kind a professional!! Best customer service we’ve had in a long time.

We had a good experience here.
The service was friendly and fast.
They have tables inside and outside.
They have highchairs and an awesome playground.
It is all fenced in and the ground is padded so it is safe and fun for the kids.
The food was really good too.
They have fun sauces by the drinks and napkins station.
My husband ordered their classic burger and I got their grilled chicken sandwich.
I would definitely recommend this place.
