Hat Bistro offers a delightful slice of Greece right in Bristol! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for families or a casual date night. We started with the small plates - a must-try with rich flavors that transport you straight to the Mediterranean. The staff was attentive and genuinely passionate; our waitress made excellent menu suggestions.

My T-bone steak was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with a refreshing cocktail. The only downside was a bit of a wait, but the experience was definitely worth it. Can't wait to return! 🍷
