Hashi Sushi offers a casual dining experience with a focus on fresh ingredients. I recently sampled their yam roll and salmon nigiri - both were flavorful, though I wish the yam roll had included some cucumber for added texture. The sushi rice, unfortunately, was slightly undercooked, making it a little chewy in places. The ambiance is relaxed, making it a great spot for groups, and service was prompt. I’ll likely return to explore more of their menu... 🍣
