We did the VIP experience because it was our first time there but next time we will go with the standard because the quality of their buffet items were fantastic! Been to many hot pots before but this is definitely my new favorite for a great mix of quality & affordability.
Glad everyone else has given such detailed reviews! Also drinks were as cheap as you can get in this city.

The food was good.
The staff was friendly and attentive.
The price was a bit high.
I paid $39.14 with tax for the VIP selection.
Soda was include which is unusual for an all you can eat. I got the combo hot pot.
The spicy side was easy too much for me.
If you like spicy, I'm sure you will enjoy this. I felt rushed with the 90 minute limit and afraid that if I did not like some food I was trying out, I would get charged the $35 fee.
For this I had to take a star off.
But, I will be back.

Great price for weekday ayce hot pot! Great selection of veggies and noodles.
Also interesting selection of seafood and some cow internals.
Typical sauce station but nice option for open access to fountain drinks.
