I love Al Pastor tacos with a passion, so when I saw H y C had an Al Pastor burger I had to try it.I thoroughly enjoyed confusing my brain, because the taste and smell screams al pastor taco when you take that first bite and the juices squeeze out of that patty.But when your brain kicks in with the texture it's all burger.It's really the best of both worlds.Grilled pineapple to perfection with cilantro makes your burger taco dreams come true.Hale was kind enough to recommend a great local beer to pair with my burger and fries, which have the perfect crunch to mush ratio (stole from Hale, but it's true).I highly recommend stopping in, the service is great, the view out the front is calming, and the food makes you want to come back for more.
What a great new spot! Fantastic food, drink selection and nice atmosphere. Perfect spot for a meal, or pregame if going to one of games downtown. My only tiny co.plaint is that they close at 8pm but not a deal breaker by any means. Everything else about this place makes up for it.Highly recommend!
A friend took me here, and it’s a bit of a hidden gem in downtown Phoenix.They have an excellent selection of burgers and beverages.Our meals were excellent.Our waitress was awesome.
