The food came out cold.
There are broken tabletops; one fell over near my wife, but she wasn't injured.
Several of the seats are covered with mold across from the bar.
95% of the staff are hanging out on their cellphones inside those huts on the dining floor.
The management seemed disengaged, looking off into the distance.

The place is in an excellent location.
It has a lot of parking.
It is a clean place and the staff is attentive.
Meals come out very quickly.
The carne asada was delicious in flavor.
Soups can get better.
