HA VL Vietnamese Noodle Soup is a hidden gem in Portland! 🍜 Tucked away on SE 82nd Ave, the cozy ambiance sets the perfect tone for a comforting meal. I had the chicken pho, and while it was sold out, the pnompenh soup didn’t disappoint! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles had the perfect snap.

With only a couple of options daily, it’s a must to arrive early! The friendly staff made my visit enjoyable, and the prices can’t be beaten. I can’t wait to return to try the Bo Kho next...
