Greek restaurant
It looks like a typical strip mall restaurant, but the two Greek sisters who own the restaurant were great.Very friendly and obviously authentic.Food was great. The picture is only half of the gyros salad!
Lunch on a cold day and the Gyro was great. They make them by hand when you order, and it comes with lettuce, tomatoes and onions and a tzatziki sauce drizzled over the top. The meat was fresh and hot, and tasted great. The sauce was a little lacking in flavor, but overall it was a nice complement to the rest of the Gyro. The restaurant itself is a little worn, but not bad at all. The service was quick. The menu prices online (in pictures) were incorrect, I uploaded a new menu pic. I think the Gyros are a bit overpriced for what you get currently.
Really nice people, but the prices are kinda ridiculous for what’s pretty basic Greek food in the area.It cost me $23 for lunch for a gyro plate and an Arizona green tea.I think I’ll stick with Heart of Jerusalem, which has far better food and prices.
