Korean restaurant
Delicious! Hands down some of the best Korean food in DFW! It is a quaint mom and pop shop that is authentic in Korean taste. We had the tofu soup, spicy beef, and fried rice-all were amazing. My favorite was the tofu soup. The staff is so hard working and kind. The side dishes are tasty as well! We will return soon❤️
The food was so damn good, spicy pork really hit the spot.20 bucks for one person can be a lot, luckily it’s a very good sized portion!
There is limited parking right by the restaurant.Only indoor seating and it is a fairly small restaurant. No social distancing and only some staff wore masks. The menu is small but everything we have tried tasted delicious! Side dishes are brought out first. We had kimchi, bean sprouts, pickled radish, cucumber, and a hot dog/onion side dish. Spicy tofu soup: not spicy but very well flavored. There is an egg in there and lots of shrimp.Comes with a bowl of purple rice. Bean paste soup(number 10, number 9 is the super healthy and fermented one, the smell is not for everyone): very standard taste, lots of shrimp but there wasn’t any other seafood inside. Also came with a bowl of purple rice. Shrimp fried rice: well seasoned, lots of veggies diced up and they used the healthier purple rice Rice cake and dumpling soup: refreshing and a good amount of rice cake and dumplings. Not spicy at all. All the soups came out bubbling and hot. You can request refills for the side dishes. Definitely a small local restaurant, if you are in the Lake Carolyn area I do recommend it!
