Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Good location! We visited on a Saturday afternoon, we did not have to wait to pay and we were greeted quickly.
The price of $16.99 for dinner is great for the selection of food offered! It was clean! There was a ton of employees around, the server for our table was not friendly, had terrible customer service and made us feel like she thought we were stealing even though we had a receipt.
All the food was fresh and hot.
If it’s your first time definitely give as much as you can a little try at least.
We really like the grill area for the steak, ribs and sausage.
The desserts were awesome at this location.
The blueberry pie a la mode was perfect.
4/5 stars because the customer service could have been better.
We would visit this location again.

My parents like to eat at Golden Corral so I took them when we were in town.
This was the worst experience at a Golden Corral restaurant.
We showed up at 8:30 and the manager said they closed at 10.
What he didn’t mention is that they start removing the food at 9:15 and don’t do a last call or announcement.
Also the lights went out at 9:45 and the staff started clapping and saying “it was time to go.” The manager at the time just laughed it off.
The food was ok, however my mom got a raw piece of fish, mind you it was fish that had been there for a while as they don’t bring out anything new after 7:30/8 according to one of the kitchen employees.
Also the service was really bad.
I thought it was just our table but have noticed other reviews where the wait staff will pack towers and towers of plates at or by your table instead of taking them to the back.
The server never really picked up any plates.
We had to ask for refills from other servers but even they were not wanting to help and would say “wait for your server” I won’t be coming back to this location!

Very very bad customer service.
It's the worst Golden Corral I've ever been to, they should close it.
Everything is super dirty, the cutlery, glasses and plates too.
The very dirty bathrooms seem to be not cleaned.
The food is super bad, tasteless.
The waitress Mary appeared because I went to look for her so she could bring me the cutlery, she barely went to the table.
The manager who was on duty had very poor attention to customers, they should consider removing him as manager, he did not have a badge to identify himself with his name.
In short, a very bad experience at this Golden Corral.
I would not recommend anyone to go here, they should close the place due to malfunctions.
