I have lived in Hendersonville nine years, so I have been going to this restaurant for some time.The food and service Had always been great.I am not a big pork eater but maybe once every few months I wil get a dollop of the shredded pork for my turnip greens.My Mother doesn't have any teeth but the fried chicken, the catfish and the fried shrimp was always fresh, crispy yet tender enough for her to eat. Over the last few month there surely has been a change in the cooks.The pork is so salty I can't even eat it.We got the fried chicken and currently it is either over fried until the meat inside is almost disintegrated or it is overly greasy.All of the fried foods are now fried to hard for my Mother to eat.Oh and the Mac n cheese use to at least look homemade.Now it's soupy sometimes and looks and taste like the frozen stouffers Mac n cheese. There are a lot of seniors who go here.The cooks are obviously not tasting as they cook.I want to continue going.The cashier are all wonderful and extremely kind. I just wanted them to know I surely can't be the only one who has noticed these changes.I hope Gloden Corral will go back to how, with care they use to cook for their patrons.

This place is awesome.It is a great place to bring the family.There are lots of options to choose from.great atmosphere.Family had a great time .Feed a family of 5 60$ love the savings
Excellent place to get plenty of food for a reasonable price!!! Nothing is necessarily extraordinary, but it isn’t really bad for the money.If you want a buffet and you are in the area, I would definitely recommend checking them out!!! It is a really nice restaurant, and it is always clean!!!
