I recently visited Gilberto's Taco Shop, and I loved every minute! 🌮 The birria tacos were some of the best I've had; the broth was rich and perfect for dipping.

I also tried the carne asada plate, which was flavorful and served piping hot. The service was exceptionally friendly - shout out to the wonderful lady at the register!

The only downside? The parking can be tricky during peak hours, but it's definitely worth the effort for this casual gem. I can't wait to return for more! 🌟
