I had the pleasure of dining at Pham Thi Truoc Restaurant recently, and it was a delightful experience! 🌟

I tried the #62 vermicelli with shredded and grilled pork, plus spring rolls. Wow - hands down the best I've ever had! The wait staff were super attentive, ensuring my tea was always full.

The atmosphere is casual and lively, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. While the rice could've used a bit more seasoning, the marinated fried Cornish hen was absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely be back for more delicious Vietnamese food! 🍜
