Giant Pizza King

It was too expensive, and the food tasted oily and had that red greasy stuff from when the pepperoni melted and it got all over the interior of the car on my way home.
They didn't even offer to clean it up.
I asked for them to work with me on a solution.
The chicken tasted like it was frozen along with some fish, and they fried it together in some oil that was past the recommended shelf life.
When Lamont was the kitchen manager, this didn't happen.
He would always show you the food beforehand so you could make up your mind first.
Then he packaged it with care so you could take it home and share it with everyone.
Now he's working at that tire repair place down the street.
And they don't even serve pizza.
His skills are being wasted.

I called for take out.
Had a couple questions about the specials and combos.
The female that answered the phone didn't seem very knowledgeable of the menu but took the time to answer my questions.
I ordered 10 bbq bone in wings and a combo #1 which includes a 20-inch pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and a 2 liter.
They let me know it should be ready in about 25 mins.
It sounded pretty busy so I sent my fiance 45 mins after I made the order.
He was told it wasn't ready yet so he paid and went next door to get ice cream at LaMichuacana.
When he goes back into the store they tell him not only is the order not ready but that they called the number on the order and no one answered and that they only hold orders for an hour in the order was still not made.
He was told that whoever talk to him when he first came in was incorrect and should have told him that the order was canceled.
Not only did they not provide a refund but they still took another 10 minutes to make the order so now my fiance is coming home with melted ice cream and pizza I ordered 2 hours ago.
I was told I would be given no refund no discount.
Even though I never got a call about my canceled order and my fiance was misinformed upon arrival.

First time eating here and it will be my last, the order was not correct and I also got a dish to go and it was awful.
