What a great place! That pizza was, without a doubt, the absolute best I've had in 20 years.
Just perfect.
The staff were pretty friendly.
Something important to point out is that, as of 2018, this hospital wasn't within walking distance of a bottle of Gatorade.
But now, Gia's got you covered! If you need Gatorade, go check out Gia, and grab a couple of slices of that delicious pizza while you're there.

I witnessed a customer being very angry and frustrated today 04/12/24 because their order was incorrect. I heard the customer say that one of your employees, who claimed to be a Manager was very rude to them and hung up on them, the customer came back to the restaurant to get the items that was missing from their food.
The Black Manager guy was laughing at the customer and their conversation was getting louder and louder.
The Manager found so much humor and joy in the customers frustration.
It was very disappointing to see him behave in the manner that he was finding joy with the customer disappointment.
I'm actually surprised that he's a Manager.
Once he gave the customer the rest of their missing items from a $14.00 salad.
He slammed the cup on the counter while still laughing AT the customer and said he was hanging up the phone again.
Our family has been here at Penn Medicine for a few days now and we've been getting breakfast and lunch from your restaurant but after today we will not support this business any more.
Your Manager was totally non-caring about the customer and that they messed the order up and he just showed no compassion whatsoever for the customer.
This is a place where I would NOT spend another dime at, the customer service from your Manager was horrible and embarrassing for the restaurant and those of us who were trying to have a peaceful lunch.
He was mouthie towards the customer.
The customer mentioned that they would contact customer service/corporate and the Manager laughed again and said that there was no contact information or person for them to report their experience to.
The customer also stated to the Manager that they were sure that he would not have treated other customers the way he had treated her.

Lauren is a super employee who really knows customer service.
The food was excellent but she is the star of the place.
Give her a raise! Will be coming back soon! Yummmmm!
