George's Bistro & Bar is a delightful gem in the heart of Houston! I recently visited for brunch and was blown away by the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere. The mimosa flight was a refreshing start, and I couldn't get enough of the grilled trout topped with crab - such a delicious upgrade!

The charcuterie plate was generous and inventive, and the beet salad truly lived up to its name, filled with vibrant beets.

Don’t skip dessert; the buttermilk ice cream is perfect for a hot day. Plenty of easy parking and a cozy outdoor patio make this spot a must-visit. Highly recommended for brunch or dinner! 🍽️✨
