Gen Korean BBQ House

Super fun dinner with friends! I read some of the negative reviews prior to coming and I didn't experience any of the problems listed.
They were super busy, and we did have to wait, but that is completely normal.
Our waiter was very attentive and, for the most part, brought the food we ordered.
There were a couple of times we had to remind him of some missing items, but we were constantly busy cooking and eating.
We were never waiting around.
They warn you 15 min prior to your end time, which is nice.
We all loved it and would definitely come back and recommend.

I visited Gen Korean BBQ House to celebrate my brother's birthday, and while we've had positive experiences in the past, this visit left us with mixed feelings. One aspect we've always appreciated is the quick service.
However, this time around, we noticed a significant difference.
It was apparent that we had a new server who seemed to be still in the training phase.
Our drinks were delayed, arriving only when we were halfway through our meal, and the birthday cocktail took much longer than expected. Despite our efforts to order meats and appetizers promptly, there were noticeable delays, leaving us wondering if our server was struggling to place the orders.
Understandably, training can lead to some hiccups, and we tried to give the benefit of the doubt to the new staff member. While this experience was disappointing compared to our previous visits, it won't deter me from returning to Gen Korean BBQ House.
I've experienced great service in the past and hope that with time, the new staff will reach the same level of efficiency and attentiveness that we've come to expect from this establishment.

I went to this place recently the food is All good and good atmosphere the only thing I didn't like last time was that seems like they add a new menu wich is not included on the all you can eat menu, I ordered it fried rice wich was really good and also I ordered shrimp, but I ask the server if they have Just shrimp and he said they have spicy shrimp too so I ordered that too but when they gave me the bill the fried rice and the Cajun shrimp was extra so I ended up paying $26 extra the server t Never told me they charge extra for those so you have to look at the other menu wich is on the table and read the small letters at the bottom or else you gonna be paying extra ,everything else was good
