This is the place that your grandmother AND most likely your great grandmother would have eaten at.
Just good soul food...great service....at a more than fair price.
You will WANT 2nds AND 3rds.
EXCELLENT!!

It took me back to my childhood.
Made me think of my grandmothers feast on Sundays.
The cornbread and peas and turkey neck bone.
You can’t get that just anywhere.
The sweet tea was so good.
Fried chicken was excellent.
Then there was peach cobbler.
Oh my goodness.
I think we may drive back to Memphis just to eat here again.

This is another soul food restaurant in the hood.
The food is as good as can be expected for this location.
I must warn you if you go there on Tuesday ask the server if the food is freshly-prepared the day of your visit or if it is left over from Sunday because there are closed on Monday.
They are selling leftover food at the day's fresh prices.
That's all I'll say about that.
