Fujiyama Texas is a delightful find in Honolulu, blending Japanese comfort food with a cozy, casual atmosphere. I enjoyed their breakfast and was blown away by the authentic flavors, especially the Takoyaki topped with creamy Kewpie mayo! 🥢

For dinner, we dove into the Kushi-Katsu platter - a delicious assortment of beef, shrimp, and soft shell crab - that paired perfectly with their tangy dipping sauces. The service was friendly, though it took a while to get our check.
