Fujiya Ramen is a cozy gem in Pittsburgh! 🥢 I had the spicy signature miso ramen that was absolutely divine - rich broth, perfectly chewy noodles, and a soft-boiled egg that stole the show!

We also tried the pork and chive gyoza, which were crispy and delish, perfectly sized for sharing. The service was impressively quick, and the atmosphere was buzzing yet inviting.

I can't wait to return and dive into more of their menu, including the highly recommended tempura ice cream! 🍦 Highly suggest making a reservation!
