I recently dined at Fruition Restaurant and was blown away by the experience! 🌟 The bison carpaccio was a standout - perfectly tender with delightful sun choke chips and heavenly avocado mousse.
For my main, I had the diver scallops, which were cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with a light lobster bisque.
Don’t skip dessert! The profiteroles were a sweet ending reminiscent of Danish cookies.
