This location is odd.Next to green light ;) so you think it would be busy.Nope.Drive through is steady.Inside dead.Serious.Service is good.Lady up front nice. Lots of employees. So why is the men’s room urinal dirty.Send a dude in there and clean that restroom. Fry portion small.Bun was cold? Tomato slices were the ends. No fry sauce out.Must ask. 152 liberty better bigger fry.Better burger.But still a Freddy’s burger.Probably won’t go back to this location.

For the past 3 weeks every single time I go there the fries are cold, some sort of dark brown color, and half full. The manager was very rude to me on the phone and gave me a lot of unnecessary attitude.I was very shocked that a manager would compose herself like that when it was a simple complaint. Will not return.

Normally, this place is great with tasty hamburgers and ice cream.My last visit was horrible and I will not be visiting this location again. I ordered some food to go inside the restaurant.My son and I waited patiently for our number to be called.And waited.And waited. I walked up to the counter only to realize they gave our order to someone else in the drive through. I understand mistakes happen, but they didn't do anything to compensate our order, and tried to give us our cold food that was returned from the customer via drive through that received our meal. It would definitely help if half of the kitchen staff was not on their phone the whole time.Of course they were distracted. This occurred on 3/21 at about 8:30 to 9 pm.
