Fortune Chef is a true gem hidden in the Highland Shopping Center! 🌟 Their General Tso's chicken is simply delightful - huge portions that easily serve two, and it’s deliciously crispy with just the right amount of sauce.

I also loved the vegetable lo mein, brimming with fresh veggies and perfectly cooked noodles. 🍜
