The Margherita pizza is delicious here. The ambiance outside is also great in the spring. This is definitely one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the city. You have to pay for parking at the south parking lot. However, they have a code by the entrance to validate your parking using the phone app.Make sure you use it.👌
Forno 301 is a cozy spot in central Phoenix where you'll find some of the best scratch-made Italian food around. It's casual, friendly, and all about good vibes and great flavors.Roberto, the old bus boy, keeps everyone smiling with his top-notch drinks, hearty laughs, and a welcoming accent.I tried the fettuccine with carbonara sauce and chicken — it was simply delicious.Perfect for a laid-back evening with tasty food and a few laughs.Definitely worth a visit!
We didn't have a reservation and were told we would have to sit outside.Which was fine.It was a little cold since it is January, and my only issue was that they didn't offer us any heating. They had heaters but did not have them out near the tables even though other people were seated outside. I would have asked for a heater if I had known they had them.I only noticed when I was leaving and happened to see them. Our server wasn't very attentive. They came by only a handful of times but never offered to refill our drinks or ask if we needed anything. We waited a bit until they finally came over, and we asked for a dessert and check. The food was okay. The pizza I had was alright, and my husband thought his was tasty and different since he never had a pizza with an egg on it.My favorite was the creme brule. It had a slight citrus taste that was refreshing. Overall, for pizza, it's not a place I will revisit.I might come back to try the pasta, but I will make sure to make a reservation in advance.
