We were super excited to try fufu we drove about 30 min to try fork in Nigeria and there were no customers in line we thought it was closed at first. We ordered the Egusi with goat that the lady recommended & also the okra with beef.We spent $47 on two dishes and didn’t get much for what we paid ..when it came to the meat in the fufu stew … especially the beef it was spoiled & i spit it out immediately… the goat was horrible and I eat goat it never tasted like this ..we were really disappointed about that and it ruined our appetite ..had to throw the food out what a waist ..I don’t recommend this place 🤮
10 out of 10 must try again I got the Egusi Stew with chicken and FuFu amazing it was nothing but flavor.I was expecting it to be spicy or even too spicy, considering what I’ve heard about African and Jamaican restaurants making food too spicy, but it was far from that nothing but flavor and Love made with this stew I love it so much and it just full of flavor.I was able to add my own spice level that I was comfortable with at home. This takeout was awesome. I will always come back whenever.I have a taste for African food.Thank you so much and the young lady who served me had a very sweet and kind energy and soul. The picture I posted should explain how much I loved and enjoyed it😂💕💕
The food was so spicy and delicious.I ordered the joloff rice a and stew lee veggies and plantains. The downside is i ordered from here a year ago and the portion size have went down yet the prices are higher.Good food either way.
