September 09, 2024Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken certainly has a lot of potential with their variety of menu options, like the shrimp and fish combo. However, my recent visit was frustrating.
I ordered 20 whole wings and shrimp with a large fry and coleslaw, but they forgot the sides altogether! 😩 The wings, unfortunately, were cooked in old grease, and the chicken was dry.
On the plus side, the staff was friendly, even during the Christmas rush. I appreciate their effort, but consistency in food quality is key. I’m hoping for a better experience next time! 🍗🐟
