Messed up our order.
Ordered wing and fish combo.
Got back to the jobsite, and the order was wrong.
Went back and was told, "That's what the number 8 is on their computer " (didn't match the sign patrons order from) not my fault.
Instead of making a fresh meal, they took the shrimp out and put the fish in..
BIG NO-NO, What if someone is allergic!? Furthermore, I was asked if I wanted lemon pepper.
I did want light LP..
they'll put it on the side I was told...
Then they want to charge me $1 as if I was getting extra...
So after messing up my order, it caused me to have to take extra time out of my day to return to have my order "corrected." Lastly, I don't want your discounted bottom of the barrel wings just because it's a 79cent Tuesday.
When I'm paying FULL price, I want FRESH, not week(s) old wings.

The food was fresh & hot, but I asked for lemon pepper on the side and they put it on the chicken.
I have it back and asked for lemon pepper on the side and this time they didn't put it on the chicken, but they didn't put it on the bag, also the cashier acted like she was impatient about having to replace not just my order but another lady who had the same issue.

Employees are super friendly and know how to handle stressful situations.
Was there during a dinner rush for Christmas, and they greeted and got orders out in a nice and professional manner.
