A bit hot to eat inside.(Kitchen has an open Diner feel).Needs some hot and sweet sauces and oils for guests who want to make their great tacos (yes they are delicious) 🥵 hotter.Service is similar to a hotdog stand but quick and polite.A lot of traffic and a lot of parking. Advice would be redesign the kitchen if you could or get an industrial exhaust (outside less noise) The old fish/boat/ship look is not matching with the culture.Ship 🚢 windows. Latino colors.The black reduces light reflecting and makes the feel hot dark and gloomy. Bigger windows.
We stopped here on a cross country drive and it was so good we had to come back.Absolutely delicious food.
When you pull into this former Huddle House, don't let the looks deceive you.The food is amazing.This is a very authentic Mexican food.The portions are huge, and the food is delicious.It is well worth a visit.I had the shrimp quesadilla, and my wife had the slow roasted beef quesadilla.I also had street corn in a bowl.I recommend it all.
