The lady that took our order was so nice and the food was great.My only issue is that someone brought in a box face mask to the employees, I'm assuming bc there's a giant hole in the ceiling, and the person who was cleaning the mess turned around and basically screamed at the employees "DO Y'ALL NEED TO GO HOME" Who does that in a restaurant full of people? Who chooses to be ugly to someone trying to protect themselves from ceiling contaminants or a sick Co worker who refuses to put the safety of others ahead of themselves
Love this burger and fries!!!! Employees greet you and are very courteous and helpful on the menu questions.We dine here everytime in Shreveport.Burger is juicy and fresh,fries are crispy and fresh cut.Have never had a mistake on my order.
Customer service was excellent and kind.Food is good.But $24 for a burger, shake, and fries (for one person) is a little much.
