Sushi Gen is quickly becoming my go-to sushi spot in Shreveport! I was impressed with their yam yam roll and the delicate sweet shrimp sashimi; the freshness really stood out. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with outdoor seating and a cozy dining area. Service was excellent, making our dining experience enjoyable.

While I found the spicy mayo and clear soup delightful, I wish the eel was served warm with that crispy texture I love. Still, I’ll definitely return for more... 🍣
