Came here after church service on Sunday and was second in line to place order for only 2 small sandwiches.
It took 40 minutes before I ever got my sandwiches.
They only had two people working but it was like they were filling all the to go orders before the orders placed in store.
Will have to reconsider coming here again if they can’t get their act together.
What a shame.
Sandwiches are good but overshadowed by poor service.

I have eaten at this locally owned Firehouse for years.
Maybe close to 15 years or longer.
The owner who used to work there is a great guy and the business donates to a great cause.
Firehouse is my first choice when it comes to a sandwich in Montgomery.
My favorite is the Italian club +bacon but the meatball sub is great.
My wife loves the hook and ladder with chopped pickles.
Great chip selection and the drink machine is a Freestyle which I always enjoy.
If you haven't tried a steamed sub I suggest you give it a go.

Best one in Montgomery.
Food is hot and they drain the liquid from the steamed meat so your bread is not soggy unlike the Firehouse on Zelda Road.
Bread is toasted so it is crispy on outside yet still edible and not too crunchy if that make sense lol! Good customer service.
