Carnitas and goat tacos were quite tasty, moist and melted in your mouth. Hot sauce was maybe a 4/10 (not really spicy at all), but flavor is good for both the red “hot” and green mild.
Guacamole also very very mild.
Good, but lacking spice. It was the first hot sunny day and so many people were there, but the wait was only about 15 minutes and they have an excellent text system that allows you to take a walk while waiting. Servers and bathroom state were overwhelmed a bit by quantity of visitors.
Will return to see if they get that figured out.

The cool part about this place is that it’s by the water.
But that’s about it.
The food is very bland.
I got the chips and guacamole, along with a Taco de Birria.
The chips were unsalted, and the taco just wasn’t good.
The worst part about it is that their definition of a birria taco is entirely different than what you would normally expect.
There is no dipping broth on the side and the taco isn’t fried. Also the people up front don’t really know what they’re doing.
The hostess does not speak any English at all.
Normally you would think that makes the place more authentic and thus taste better, but it’s definitely not the case here.

Thanks for stopping by Dewayne that a common misperception Birria is traditionally made with goat we offer beef, lamb and goat for your meat options.
You order a Birria taco which is a street taco with Birria meat, I believe you meant to order a Quesa Taco which is a crispy taco with cheese.
It’s stated in the menu you must of missed that.
You also have to order the Consomé à la cart .

Fun vibe and decor on the main strip of Alki! Tried the carnitas and pollo tacos.
The meat quality was great and had a classic flavor, however, it was on the dry side (which I usually enjoy). The chips were thick and nicely salted. Table service was good and our food came quickly. Mostly indoor seating (with open windows during the summer).
A couple of outdoor tables are setup on the side of the building.
Two single bathrooms and free street parking.
