Love the food, and the freshness of the fish practically butter with beautiful colors the Ramen is delicious.You can sit at the sushi bar and watch as they prepare your meal.I had pineapple sake.
This was my first time eating any sort of Asian food in Knoxville, and being from an area where there are far more Asian people, I was definitely hesitant. I came by on a Saturday for lunch, and it was surprisingly very quiet.The restaurant itself is quite large and has a ton of seating, and is shaped really interestingly (it's shaped like an L).The ambiance is also pretty cool. I ended up going for the tonkotsu ramen, which was quite good! Service was kind and efficient, and I was quite impressed.I will say, however, that Fin-Two isn't the cheapest place to eat, so keep that in mind.
So I’ve loved this place since day one.Their Tonkotsu Ramen is one of my favorite dishes in the city and their specialty rolls are amazing.I don’t usually post reviews but I had to with this experience.I developed a cold and wanted some of their bone broth to help me feel better.I wish I knew the women’s name who took my order and packed it up for me but when I opened it she had written a nice note wishing I’d feel better and included some tea bags for free.It was a small gesture but it really made my day and reinforced why this place is my favorite establishment in this city!
